‘Global energy crisis occurring’ as COP26 conference begins

Sky News host Rowan Dean says there is a “global energy crisis occurring” as the COP26 climate change conference in Glasgow gets underway. “Particularly in Britain, they’ve got empty shelves, they’ve got prices spiralling out of control, they’ve got the threat of blackouts,” he said.
