DIY TULLE SKIRT- No Sew Method

The Tulle Skirt This is a great, inexpensive DIY project that you can use for yourself or your little one. I initially wanted to wear something creative but cheap for my Mommy & Me photo session. I thought tulle was the way to go! So I went to the store and purchased 9 bundles of tulle from Michaels Craft Store and got to work. This is especially great because it’s so easy to make.
