Amos Hochstein tells us, while avoiding mentioning Israel’s rockets raining down on us, that there are thousands of rockets launched by Hezbollah “the terrorist organization“ on northern ’Israel,’ and the result is that there is indeed a conflict, but it’s not an open conflict. Alright, so if Hezbollah fires thousands of rockets and the conflict remains confined, this means one thing, that the other side is in fact deterred from escalating the war, isn’t it?
