Whether as a romantic finale or a delightful treat for any occasion, this panna cotta promises an enchanting celebration of taste and texture in every bite. ----------------------------------------------------- Follow us on our Facebook page: Flavourful Plates If you make this one, feel free to share your work with us❤️❤️ ------------------------------------------------------ 💡Ingredients and Instructions (Recipe yield to 5 glass cup of 180ml (6oz) each - filled 120ml (4oz)) 🥛Panna Cotta Cream -9g gelatine sheet water to bloom gelatin Or 9g(1 tbsp) gelatine powder 45ml (3 tbsp) water to bloom - 200ml () milk - 300ml (10oz) heavy cream - 50g (4 tbsp) sugar - 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla paste ➡️ - Soak gelatin in water for about 10 mins to bloom - In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, and sugar together and give a quick stir to help sugar dissolve. Simmer until you see some little bubbles in the edge of the pot. - Take off from the heat, add gelatin and vanilla paste and gently stir to dissolve - Sieve through fine strainer to remove any lumps, wait for about 10 mins to cool down a bit then divide into the cups/molds - Use the skewer to pop any bubbles on the surface, we want a smooth surface - Cover and transfer to fridge and chill for at least 2 hours 🍓Strawberry sauce - 320g (11oz) quartered strawberries - 40g (3 tbsp) sugar - 15ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice ➡️ - In a saucepan, combine quartered strawberries and sugar, give a quick stir and cook at medium heat until you see the sugar dissolve and sizzle sound then reduce to low heat to simmer - Continue cooking until you see all the strawberry juice release and the sauce thickens a bit, then remove from the heat - Sieve through the strainer to get only the sauce.
