Dom Veteranov (Los Angeles)

A documentary film that chronicles the history of the Dom Veteranov (Veterans House) in Los Angeles, Calif. The Veteran’s Society was established in 1925 by 16 White Russian Army Officers who fought against Bolshevism during the Russian Revolution. Dom Veteranov was a significant cultural and political landmark in Los Angeles. It served as a vital meeting place for the first wave of Russian immigrants. The officers were an integral and important segment of the White Russian immigration’s anti-communist movement.
