Palestinian demonstrators protest while US Secretary of State Antony Blinken meets with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. Blinken travelled to Ramallah for his previously unannounced visit in an armored motorcade and under tight security just hours after Israeli warplanes struck a refugee camp in the Gaza Strip, killing at least 40 people and wounding dozens, health officials said.
