In front of him is a ceremonial mace. Next to him is seated a soldier (according to the paperwork this is a ceremony for a Victoria Cross winner). Cut away to large crowd waving and cheering. VC winner stands up and removes his hat. He is about to make a speech. 01:08:08 Labour Party and trades union procession. Lots of elaborate banners are being carried.
