Sri Lanka magpie / Цейлонская лазоревая сорока / Urocissa ornata

The Sri Lanka Blue Magpie or Ceylon Magpie (Urocissa ornata) is a member of the crow family living in the hill forests of Sri Lanka, where it is endemic. (Wagler, 1829)
