Meet the newest Pacific Map Update of 2023! Explore deep into the mountains of Guadalcanal in dense jungle on a brand new battlefield! Brought to you by yours truly, this has been a passion project that has spanned over the past 3 months. Hopefully we shall see this map become an official map and see it expanded upon in the future! By mid September of 1942, the Japanese launch a major assault against the U.S. in the hopes of recapturing Henderson Field. The results of this onslaught are critical as a loss will result in an eventual withdrawal from Guadalcanal should the field not be recaptured.
