Mercedes W201 (190e/190d) Glass Sunroof

Finished fabricating a glass sunroof from a W202 to fit a W201. These cars were never optioned with one and this is - to the best of my knowledge - the only was on the net so far. Not only this this car rather rare in the US (2.5 Turbo Diesel), but it also now has a glass sunroof! Required some cutting and welding of the front track guides as well as removal of the lift arm on each side bracket that pulls the headliner panel up.
