It introduces the historical practice of painting and decorating ceilings all over the world among high-class societies and promotes the medallion to bring back this practice and make it accessible to anyone. (Note: although some fireproof Johns Manville ceiling tile products infamously made heavy use of asbestos, that aspect of the tiles is not mentioned in this film.)
