Top 100 DJs Awards 2022

The results of Top 100 DJs 2022 will be announced on Thursday 27th October as part of a global broadcast event. The show will be anchored in Ibiza — by BBC Radio One DJ Arielle Free — and will feature performances from six award-winning DJs from unique and breathtaking locations across six continents. The World’s No.1 DJ, The World’s No.1 Techno DJ, Latin America’s No.1 DJ, China’s No.1 DJ and winners of the Future Star and Lifetime Achievement awards are all confirmed to perform during the show. The show starts at 17:00 BST, with the World’s No.1 DJ being announced at 19:00 BST, joining the social media countdown which runs across DJ Mag’s Instagram and Twitter accounts from 15:00 BST. The switch to a broadcast event marks the end of a decade-long partnership with AMF, which has seen the winner of Top 100 DJs presented on stage at the Amsterdam festival. DJ Mag Managing Director, Martin Carvell, said of the change: “After a decade of incredible events during ADE, working with our partners ALDA, this year we will be celebrating the Top 100 DJs with a broadcast show. We have made the change so that we can celebrate more of the DJs who are part of the Top 100 DJs around the world, while continuing to reflect the global nature of the voters. It allows us to bring our charity partner UNICEF into full focus, and to make sure that the Top 100 DJs show reflects the values of DJ Mag as a publication.” During the show, which is in aid of UNICEF, viewers will be invited to support the UNICEF Children’s Emergency Fund, which helps children affected by disasters and conflict, wherever they are, whenever crisis hits.
