MODEL HIP & OUTER THIGH WORKOUT | Robin holzken

Hi guys and welcome back to a new workout video! Today were focussing on the hips since this has been a high requested video. We’ll be doing 16 exercises in total, each for 30 seconds. You can decide which leg you wanna start with but its normally good to start with your weaker leg since this workout will also burn your standing leg thats not working. You can hold onto something or if you wanna make it harder try to balance yourself. We’ll do 8 exercises on one leg each for 30 seconds without a break once
