Richard Vincent Segreto Macaraeg is a half-Filipino, half-American singer, songwriter, recording artist, actor, teacher, journalist and historian. This Balladeer is popular in the Philippines as Ric Segreto. Ric Segreto was born on September 27, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York to an Italian-American dietician, Bridget Segreto and a Filipino abdominal surgeon, Godofredo Macaraeg. His song, “Kahit Konting Pagtingin“ rocked the country and became an instant favorite. This launched his career as a recording artist
