The Sims 3 - Mallards House (English Country House)

DOWNLOAD: Facebook: ’Mallards’ A stunning Queen Anne House situated in a quaint little town. The house sits on a tree lined street and is elevated from the ground by four steps. The house boasts 4 Ground Floor reception rooms together with an elegant/handsome entrance hall. The Telephone Room/Study sits to your right as you come through the front door. The walls are covered in immaculate oak panelling and the room is very private and has its own entrance to the garden. The furnishings are handsome and antique. The room also boasts a fireplace and built in casement/bookcases. The dining room is next door to the Telephone Room and boasts handsome proportions. Again, the room benefits from access to the garden and has a marble fireplace. Special attention should be made to the mouldings and pillars that adorn the room. Next to the Dining Room sits the Garden Room with possibly the best views in the entire house over the beautifully landscaped garden. The Garden Room was a later addition to the house and boasts grandiose windows and ample space. You can still see the exposed brickwork which is complimented by the ivy growing there. The furnishings are antique including the beautiful piano. On the opposite side of the house sits the large and perfectly appointed Drawing Room. This room boasts triple aspect views of the garden and the front of the house. The room gets lovely light throughout the day and is the perfect spot for entertaining. The room boasts high ceilings and a rather dazzling crystal chandelier. Upstairs, you will find four very good sized bedrooms, two of which are lucky enough to benefit from their own bathroom facilities. The main bathroom is perfectly appointed and sits at the very top of the stairs. Both the Master Suite (Canada) and the main guest room (Mallard) have splendid views over the gardens. The house also has perfectly adequate facilities for live in servants including servants bedrooms located on the second floor and their own bathroom. In the basements, you will find perfectly appointed kitchen, laundry and storage areas. There is the scope for one to create additional bedrooms down here if needed. The gardens at Mallards are beautiful to say the least. The 2 acre plot (The largest private garden in this part of the town), includes its own private access, a summer house (which looks on to the street) and a secret garden. The whole garden is walled, therefore there is little chance of being overlooked. The gardens present a perfect opportunity for summer fetes, gatherings of a social kind or for trivial pursuits such as tea or light conversation.
