Life contains many tasks and decisions and requires a lot of concentration and mental strength every day. But it can happen that everything gets a little out of balance. Everything starts feeling intangible, thoughts jump around, and it’s difficult to stay focused. It feels like being in a time lapse. After spending some time on things you love, the mind may start to calm down again. All the problems seem to be gone, and you start to find your focus again.
