10 Day Weight Loss Challenge for Men | DAY 1 Calorie Burn Full Body HIIT
This is a brand new 10 day weight loss challenge for men! We design this free program to show you how to lose fat at home. After 10 days, you will see visible changes and get in shape. You can take a picture of yourself today and compare it after you complete the 10 day challenge. It’s accessible to all fitness levels so don’t hesitate to follow along! ✨✨
Today you’re going to dive right in with a 30-minute full body HIIT session to blast your fat. You don’t need any equipment.
The whole workout includes 3 rounds, 27 exercises, each for 45s. The break time is 20s between each movement. If you feel like you need a longer rest, just pause the video but remember not to quit.
To make you stay limber and injury-free, we recommend giving yourself a nice stretch after finishing these movements. You could check our Daily Stretch Routine link below to recover and relax your full body :)
PS: You need to get rid of junk food and stick to a healthy diet plan to get amazing results. Your weight loss diet should be made up of 35% Carbs, 40% Protein and 25% Fat. The following 10 day diet plan is recommended: 4 low carb days with 2300 calories, 4 moderate carbs days with 2400 calories, 2 high carb days with 2700 calories.
