Ted was often asked about Bruce Lee’s famous “one inch punch“. In this video taken from a seminar in Puerto Rico, he demonstrate the energy transference through the body using body mechanics. He was clear that it was not necessarily useful in fighting, but it helps to demonstrate the proper use of mechanics and speed.
