Cardio Strength Workout with Dumbbells || Beginners & Seniors

Cardio and strength full body toning workout for seniors and beginners We start with a quick warm up then complete 2 rounds of 10 full body exercises. The 2nd time the exercises are completed at a slower pace using the hand weights or dumbbells. This video is great for cardio and strength training benefits. In this format, you get comfortable with the moves first before adding the extra challenge of the dumbbells. I’m using 3 pound hand weights in this video, I recommend staying below 5 pounds and of course it may be completed using no weights at all.
