⚡️ Become a Member of my YouTube Channel & Access My Exclusive Workout Programs Here: Download full STRONG SUMMER program calendar here: A 5 minute workout routine you can do from home (or gym) before any workout, perfect for any workout in the STRONG SUMMER or the STRONG programs.  No jumping, low-impact routine to start your workout.  Follow along to get all your muscles warmed up & ready! STRONG SUMMER PLAYLIST: STRONG PLAYLIST: I recommend warming up for at least 5 minutes before any workout.  If you have more time, I would recommend adding additional warmups for the primary muscles you will be working on.  For example, if you are doing an upper body day, you could perform a few sets of your exercises with no or little weight to further get them ready for your workout. If you have any muscles that are particularly tight, I would recommend spending a little extra time on warmup for those. Thank you for joining & hope you enjoyed!  Please let me know if you have any questions in the comments below. 🤍 V 📍 ALL MY WORKOUT EQUIPMENT: 📍 YBell Kettlebell/Dumbbell (DISCOUNT CODE: Vera10) ?aff=90 📍 My Amazon Storefront: 📍 Other Non-Amazon Recommendations & Outfits: 📍 Cork Mat: CONTACT (business inquiries only): fashioneatstravel@ INSTAGRAM: TIKTOK: @?
