Full title reads: “London to Brighton. Down to the Sea in ... ’Shakes!’ 61 ’old crocks’ - none under 28 years old - start & 51 arrive in annual run that marks 36th anniversary of removal of speed limit of 2 miles per hour!“ London An old fashioned motor car built in 1894 leaves the London starting line for the London to Brighton Annual veterans car rally. Crowds of people have turned up to watch the cars leave. An 1897 Daimler is the next featured vehicle, two women drive another old car away from the start. Shots of the old cars mixed in with the 1932 vintage traffic of London. The voiceover says “By golly they can shift“. Brighton, East Sussex. The old fashioned cars come round a corner.
