Warm up: 5x10 Pull-ups (Wide, Close, Reverse), 2x10 Hyperextensions
1. Pulldowns 2 wide x 10-12, 2 Reverse x 10-12
2. Bent Over Barbell Rows - 2 warmup sets x 8-12, 2 work sets x 8-10
3. Meadows Row - 4 sets (2 warmup, 2 work)
4. Overhand Seated Cable Rows - 2 warmup, 2 work
5. Rack Pulls - 4-5 sets
6. Single Arm Cable Iso Row - 2 sets
7. Hyperextensions - 3x15
