Ingredients for this healthy breakfast recipe.
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Oats - 1/3 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Milk - 2/3 cup
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence
Method to make this healthy pancake.
1. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients together.
2. Don’t over mix it.
3. Heat a pan and spread some butter.
4. Scoop in batter with an ice cream scoop and spread.
5. When the bubbles start to pop on the top of pancake flip it.
6. Cook the other side for 2min and take it out and garnish with some honey, butter and some fruits.
