Unused / unissued material - dates and locations unclear or unknown. 1940? Belgium. Various shots of masses of Belgian refugees on the retreat from Germans. They carry their belongings with them. Some ride on horse drawn carts, some have bicycles but majority of people walk. Most of the refugees are children and women, some men are seen, most of them elderly. A line of trucks loaded with refugees and their things is seen. People are seen resting on road side, a woman drinking some water. Various shots of the people fleeing from heavily bombed city.
