Preparation of meals for the week. Second course. A simple quick recipe.

TAKE:
🔹 fish - any fillet 400 gr
🔹 chicken breast 400 gr
🔹 minced meat any 400 gr
🔹 frozen vegetables (I have green beans, cauliflower, Mexican mix
🔹 vegetable oil (for mold lubrication)
🔹 3-4 eggs
🔹 sour cream 200 gr (cream can be used)
🔹 any cheese (I have leftovers of Russian and mazzarella)
🔹 salt and favorite spices (I have a mixture of herbs, dried dill and garlic)

WE DO:
* grease the molds with oil (I fit 8 molds) and put the filling and vegetables as in the video (you can mix it)
* mix eggs spices salt and sour cream / cream and fill the molds
* sprinkle with cheese (I always use leftovers)

Cooking time 25-30 minutes 180-220 degrees (be guided by the heat of the oven), the main reference point is a fragrant cheese crust

* cool the finished dish, cover with a layer of foil and, if necessary, you can freeze it in reserve (or eat it in the next 1-2 days)
