DIY Bow and Arrow, Mini Recurve Bow

Bow Making, Mini Recurve Bow !! Link to the drawing :- Hi all, thanks for watching the video. In this video I am making a recurve bow. Bow handle is made out of aluminum and bow limbs are made out of fiber glass. Drawing for the bow is in the above link. At first the drawing is transferred to 12x12 mm aluminum block. the profile is cut out using jewelry saw. Different files are used to shape the profile and sand paper is used to finish it. holes for the bow limb are marked and drilled. Drill bit used is 1.6 mm for a 2 mm bolt and the hole is taped using a 2 mm tap. For the bow limb fiber glass is used. Mold for the fiber glass made using bending aluminum plate to the profile in the drawing. A tape is stick on the top for easy removal of the fiber glass part. Using the drawing as a reference, bow limbs are out. Bow limbs are finished using 220 grit sand paper and painted mat black. Fishing string is used for the bow string. Arrows are made from
