Honda Rattle, VTC actuator fix

If you get a rattle that last a few seconds in the morning this might be the fix. 2008-2013 Honda CRV, Accord. Compression spring size: 7/32 x .025 x 1-3/8 long To remove the 5 point special torx box I used a small vice grip to break them loose then unscrewed them by hand. I also replaced them to 10mm bolts for better and fast access. I’ll be making a video showing the process. This is a rough guide. Use it to give you an idea of the steps of the procedure. And make sure not to drop anything into the engine! Many holes and crevices where the spring can bounce into. So proceed with caution and take your time.
