Dome Shaped UFO Spotted Gliding Over Veracruz, Mexico on November 24, 2019

This footage was captured by Charles Soto from the town of Tres Valles in Veracruz, Mexico. In this footage we see this dome shaped object with some sort of light being emitted from underneath the object. Charles bravely filmed the object until it came too close for comfort. This is just my opinion: This is a weird one as the light coming from underneath this craft seem to be firing downwards which makes me believe this could be its stabilisers and with no sound coming from this craft, no way is this a dro
