This video shows the vote of Albania during Eurovision Song Contest 2013. The spokesperson was Andri Xhahu (TV host, actor, Eurovision commentator and spokesperson since 2012). Adrian Lulgjuraj & Bledar Sejko represented Albania in Eurovision 2013 but failed to reach the final with 15th place and 31 points in the second semi-final. I own nothing in this video.
