Tesla Gigafactory 3 in Shanghai 上海特斯拉工厂

2019年1月7日，位于上海临港的特斯拉中国工厂将正式动工，航拍时间为奠基仪式前。预计今年夏天完成初步建设，年底开始生产Model 3，2020年实现量产。上海工厂生产的Model 3和Model Y只在中国销售，价格比美国便宜。但特斯拉仍将向中国出口高端的Model S/X 以及 Model 3/Y。 Shanghai Giga will produce affordable versions of 3/Y for greater China. All Model S/X & higher cost versions of Model 3/Y will still be built in US for WW market, incl China. Aiming to finish initial construction this summer, start Model 3 production end of year & reach high volume production next year.
