30 Min COMPLEX SETS Full Body KETTLEBELL workout | AMRAP

Welcome to this 30 Min COMPLEX SETS Full Body KETTLEBELL workout | AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) method. In this session, we’ll be tackling a total of 11 complex sets. Each complex consists of three movements, with most of them requiring 10 repetitions, while a few will involve 5 repetitions. Our goal is to complete as many rounds as possible within a 150-second time frame for each complex set. You’ll have a 30-second rest period in between sets to catch your breath and prepare for the next challenge. Let’s get started!
