Supreme Court Refuses To Take Up MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s Case Against Dominion

The Supreme Court will not hear a challenge brought by MyPillow CEO against Dominion Voting Systems as part of the voting machine company’s defamation suit against him, the court announced Monday, helping to ensure the case against him moves forward after an appeals court already ruled against him. Lindell has been one of the most prominent purveyors of claims that voting machines fraudulently “flipped” votes in the 2020 election from former President Donald Trump to President Joe Biden, a claim for which there is no evidence to support.
