If you want to grow a bubble butt, you can do this workout with a booty band and ankle weights - works perfectly! But of course, you don’t need any equipment to feel the effects. Do it regularly and you’ll see the results very fast! Ready for summer? 🥰☀️
▪️ Intensity: Medium
▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.
