RUSSIA: CHECHNYA: OSCE DELEGATES VISIT GROZNY

English/Nat Human rights delegates Monday compared Grozny to the German city of Dresden - destroyed by Allied bombers during World War Two. Delegates returned to Moscow aghast at the carnage they witnessed in the Chechen capital.
