According to the ethologist Konrad Lorenz and the psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, aggression is a continuously outward pushing energy that will compound over time and eventually find a release in response to a given stimulus. If a stimulus is not found there is the possibility of aggression appearing at random. Catharsis is defined as the process of releasing, and providing relief from, strong and repressed emotions. ____________________________________________________________ This song was written in 2015 after having noticed a rise of overt aggression in the media and the news. It was first released on my debut solo-album “Idylls“ in 2016 but has eventually evolved into a band arrangement. ____________________________________________________________ Humblo is a band that consists of Yannik Tiemann on Double Bass, Felix Ambach on Drums and me on guitar. We’ve been touring for the past four, well let’s say three and forget about the last one, years and
