Cut chicken into thin strips. Season the chicken with black pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and chili powder or cayenne pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients in a glass and mix. Start by frying the zucchini with a bit of salt in a pan on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add some oil and add in the onions, keep frying for 2 more minutes. Add more oil and now add the chicken breast and fry one side for 1 minute until the meat gets some brown color. Flip everything and fry the other side for 1 more minute. Add a bit more oil and now add minced garlic or add it in with a garlic press. Keep frying the garlic for 15 seconds and now add the rice with the sauce and combine everything for 20-30 seconds until the rice is hot.
