African Dance That Ended Droughts (By Pleasing The gods Through Rain Queen)
Am fascinated by Rain Queens like Queen Modjadji of South Africa and how our traditions have still stood out over the centuries.
like and sub
This is an exact demonstration of how the rain queen is approached during tough times of drought and how she does her thing until the rain comes pouring down. It has been our tradition and we thought of sharing the exact process of how it is done like we were taught.
The video was shot at a near-empty Theewaterskloof Dam South Africa which is the main reservoir that had dried up and after days of her dancing rain came falling
Thanks for watching
