Young women join the Army in this TV movie pilot for a prospective series. This was created following the success of Goldie Hawn’s “Private Benjamin“ which also spawned a television series in 1981. It’s not a very good movie and the ’hijinks’ seem better suited to a women’s prison movie. But it does have Janet Maclachlan and Damita Jo Freeman; the latter also starred in the “Private Benjamin“ movie and series as two different characters. I do not own the copyright to this film and have posted it for historical and research purposes only. And Jamie Lee Curtis completists (although I skew towards Kathleen Quinlan).
