Full title reads: “Ulster Grand Prix. Jock Guthrie wins in record time“. Nr. Belfast, Northern Ireland. Motor cycle racing along country roads in Antrim Hills. Various shots of 500 cc motorcycle race. The race is dominated by 3 competitors Jock Guthrie, Walter Rusk and Stanley Woods. Woods’ bike breaks down forcing him out of the race. Crowds line routes, sitting dangerously close to road. In the end Guthrie wins, breaking speed records in process. He is seen being congratulated by Lord Abercorn, governor of Northern Ireland.
