Russian FM Lavrov says NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg ’lost touch with reality’

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said it is difficult to take NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg’s statements seriously, speaking at a press conference in Moscow on Wednesday. “I have not been giving consideration to his statements for a long time.
