Deep Cross Grip || Part 1 - Ouchi Gari And Kouchi Gari

I really like using the deep cross grip in my randori. I feel as though it puts your opponent under a lot of pressure and paves the way for a variety of different attacks, both forwards and backwards. In Part 1 of this little series, I look at two different options for when you’ve taken the deep cross grip and your opponent defends to their rear. When this happens, my two go to techniques are either Kouchi Gari or Ouchi Gari, depending on which corner my opponent is leaning to most.
