How to Make a DIY Faux “Diamond“ Ring by Denise Mathew

I literally found the cubic zirconia I used in the tutorial on the street when I was in India and have had them for years always wondering what I would ever do with them since they’re so sparkly and pretty, until now that is. I found the inspiration for this ring on Pinterest/ instructables and am so happy to have found the technique, though I’ve changed it up a fair bit I never would have been able to come up with the idea without the inspiration. The link to the original post is below if you want to check it out. The nice thing about this ring is that you need very few supplies to make it, just some 20 gauge wire and a cubic zirconia or an equivalent stone like these by Swarovski there are many different colors to choose from for different looks. For the ring in the tutorial I used 1 foot of 20 gauge silver tone wire and 1,5mm cubic zirconia for a finished ring that is Size 7.
