The Intrepid General Balbo and his ’air armada’ - all bachelors - all volunteers - embark on the most spectacular adventure in history of aviation.“ Rome, Italy. General / Marshal Italo Balbo walks out with members of the crew who will aim to fly to America. Various double kisses are exchanges before the pilots get on board a small launch.
