Pro-Ukrainian Russian militias reportedly involved in a series of raids into Russian border regions claim to have captured two Russian soldiers. The Freedom of Russia Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps sought a meeting with governor of the Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
