This album ’’Remote Control’’ album made #46 on The U.S. Album Charts. This was the 1rst and last hit album with A&M Records The Tubes had recorded an album to be released in 1980 to be titled ’’Suffer For Sound’’. A&M dropped The Tubes after Remote Control and the album was never released good album I think as which was and has been floating around some years as a bootleg. This Tour for Remote was great and 95% of the shows featured Mingo Lewis on Percussion early April in the Tour the shows were running just under 2 hrs. shortened by the end of April as they realized the shows were just too long and did not need presented that way.
