The importance of a morning ritual

Do you have a morning ritual? What is your current morning ritual? Is doing yoga, meditation or exercise part of your morning ritual? In a past life, my morning ritual involved hesitatingly getting out of bed, hurriedly taking a shower and rushing out the door to drive to the train station to get to work. In the cold fall and winter months when the sky was grey and the air was cold, I could sense the misery and anxiety towards the day ahead of me, as I waited for the next train to arrive. I looked aro
