To those who share my views only : Since the de facto closure of this channel in August 2018 , I’ve been none the less disgusted by the hypocrisy of YouTube , for they’ve showed no signs of making efforts to abate their devious deeds. And indeed , to bolster up their profits , they even go further against humanity and justice under the camouflage of various craft and sophistry. But , be that as it may , seeing the gloominess shrouding the plague-stricken countries all over the world these days , especially the tribulations confronting Italy , I was struck with the intent to unleash the playlist of Maestro Ennio Morricone’s works on this channel for a reasonable period of time in the hope that the soulful music in this album might help to soothe the weary minds of the people living in the afflicted areas , to condole with the people having lost their beloved who died due to this pandemic and to mourn for those whose lives have been taken away by this plague. Finally , it is also my sincere hope that we human beings at this time should avail ourselves of this very opportunity to deeply reflect on what we have done to this planet over the years , decades or even centuries. In the meantime , new videos of Ennio Morricone’s works will be uploaded at intervals as a continuation of the existing playlist. Thanks. This channel has in effect been closed ( on 8-Aug-2018 ) in protest against malicious copyright strikes and the unjust ways of handling copyright issues by YouTube , which allows indiscriminate copyright strikes issued against videos of this channel at any time , even though they have previously passed the Content ID by YouTube when uploaded and some of them have even been published for a long period of time with ads alongside , but this channel is totally non-profit making , not even a single penny. My stance on this is that copyright strikes should not be issued indiscriminately without considering the fair use nature of the videos , non-profit making nature of the channel and the social and cultural benevolence so contributed. Of course , copyright holders have the rights to do something , but the existence of this channel is not and will not be at the discretion or mercy of a few copyright holders. Regrettably , there is nothing I can do. To avoid further unforeseen malicious copyright strikes which could effortlessly lead to the termination of this channel , and to air my indignation against such injustice , I am obliged to render all previously uploaded videos ( over 3,000 ) of this channel inaccessible to public and neither will new videos open to public be published again after this one so long as this unjust situation persists.
