Editors - Acoustic Session Broadcast Kink NL 6th October 2022 (complete collection)

These clips were posted by Kink NL on the same night that Editors played Rotterdam, 6th October 2022 and feature four songs from EBM played acoustically. All I’ve done is join them to make it an easier watch. As with the full band rehearsal room performance they did recently, this appears to be a pre-recorded session that has been distributed to radio around Europe. To check, I played these alongside the audio takes we have from Radio FM4 and they’re identical. This is probably a new direction in promo taken by the band, given the uncertainty of actually being able to attend these places physically and play. The lingering, nagging part of the equation now, however, is when exactly were these recorded? And if you wanted to torture yourself further, what if the recent rehearsal room versions featuring Blanck Mass that were also passed out to various media outlets were filmed too? Makes you think... So what you’re getting here are four songs uninterrupted by DJ speak, meaning it’s a first chance to hear acoustic Kiss all the way through. Plus, it’s all in the visual medium.
