Pineal gland activation can be achieved through the use of this meditation, which utilizes and blends several potent techniques to deeply stimulate and open your third eye. Experience ultimate bliss, euphoria, heightened senses, and a profound meditative state as you are guided on this transformative journey.
There’s a common pattern that occurs when it’s used.
• First, it begins dissolving the layers of stress you’ve accumulated throughout the day or week. As you release all of this tension, you will gently drift into a profoundly peaceful state of mind.
• As you drift deeper and deeper into this meditation, you will notice yourself observing your thoughts and emotions. As this occurs, you may become detached from them and able to examine them carefully, from a different, and more comprehensive perspective.
• As you delve deeper, you may begin to notice full-body muscle relaxation, and a tingling feeling in the center of your forehead. At this point, you’ll begin to experience feelings of euphoria and bliss. This sensation will increase, and may begin to intensify, or even tickle. As you continue, you may start feeling the sensations synchronize with the waves of frequencies used in this meditation.
• From this point, experiences vary widely for each individual. it’s up to you whether you continue listening or not. You will know when it’s time to turn it off.
The third eye, often referred to as the pineal gland, represents the mystical and esoteric concept of a dormant inner eye that provides perception beyond ordinary sight. The third eye is embraced and studied by many cultures and spiritual traditions around the world. It is proposed that opening the third eye blends and ties together our other primary human senses for a unique sensory experience that is beyond the limitations of our ordinary sensory capabilities. The concept and tradition of opening the third eye has fascinated spiritual explorers for millennia. This journey of awakening the third eye is a timeless pilgrimage in the annals of human spirituality.
I want you to get the most out of this third eye meditation session. Please get comfortable, and try to reduce stimulation to your senses as much as you can.
- I recommend turning off the lights, or covering your eyes with something like a sleep mask.
- Get into a comfortable position, whether you’re sitting, or lying down, whatever you prefer.
- If you have headphones, they are great for this beautiful meditative experience, but aren’t required.
- Lastly, use your thumb or 2 of your fingers and gently massage the area of your third eye (the divot/concavity of your forehead). Do this for as long as you’d like, you’ll know when to stop.
All of these suggestions are not required, but will enhance your experience if you choose to utilize them! This is one of my all-time favorite meditations, and I’ve personally used it countless times over the years. I hope you enjoy it too. 🙏
