Hunting for SURVIVAL: The REAL Life Below Zero

In the remote native village of Shageluk Alaska, moose is what’s for dinner. Here, grocery stores don’t exist, and the closest thing you’ll find to an Uber is Chevy Roach’s transport service. Some of you might recognize him from the NatGeo series Life Below Zero. This is my first time visiting Alaska and I’ll be spending 10 days or so with Chevy, seeing how he and his family live in the Alaskan bush. After dropping off my friends Eric and Vance at a camp where they’ll be hunting moose with their Traditional bow’s, Chevy, his cousin Rodger, and I head out to look for a moose for Chevy’s in-laws. This is true subsistence hunting. Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel.
